Support and augmentation for all-star in-house teams.

In 2021 inside.company was embedded within Rivian’s in-house team. Working across the product and brand business units, we connected the two teams while collaborating with c-suite leadership. Our responsibilities included refining the Rivian brand voice, conducting product-lead stakeholder interviews, development of the content strategy and copy for rivian.com, content development for the Adventure Products Configurator including all vehicle accessories, end-to-end UX copywriting for the Rivian Owners app, and dozens of long-form posts for the Rivian stories blog. The team also led product naming exercises including the naming of ‘Waypoints’ – Rivian’s L2 network of chargers. Our engagement culminated with Rivian becoming the biggest IPO of 2021 with a market cap of over $105 billion.
